Products in stock will be shipped within 1-2 working days. For international shipping, estimated delivery time is 10-20 working days.

Please note it will cost extra delivery time depends on your local logistics conditions affected by force majeure includes, but is not limited to, strikes in general, embargo, acts of government, riots, war, whether declared or not declared, mobilization and requisition, fires, floods.

First, review the tracking information closely to see if there is any mention of the shipment being forwarded or delivered to an alternate location (such as a PO Box or main office at an apartment complex). If your tracking states that it was delivered via USPS, you can paste the tracking number in the USPS website to show more details.

Next, check the address on the order to see if there were any errors. If not, the next step is to check around the delivery site to see if it was placed somewhere else (back door, side door, in front of the garage, in the mailbox, etc.) Also check around the house and with other household members to see if they collected the package.

If the package is still nowhere to be found and it has been over 48 hours since it was marked delivered, please reach out to us. Be sure to have the order or show number and an alternative shipping address if possible.
